Welcome to
POOLSIDE LODGES

Business Professional Accommodation
Trade Contractor Rooms

Our lodges offer a comfortable, private alternative to hotel stays for contractors, engineers, and business travellers working in Norfolk. Each of our three self‑contained lodges includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, Wi‑Fi, and everything you need for a practical, comfortable base while working in and around Norwich. With complete privacy and the freedom to cook your own meals, it’s a stay that fits around your routine — not the other way around.

Unlike standard hotel trade rooms, you’ll enjoy generous indoor and outdoor space to unwind, along with comfortable beds and quality mattresses for a proper night’s sleep. On‑site parking keeps company vehicles safe, and our location offers quick access to the NDR (A1270) and A47, making travel across Norfolk simple and stress‑free.

Everyday essentials are close by, with Lidl and Tesco Extra — including a petrol station — within two miles, plus the Norwich EV Forecourt (Gridserve) just 3.5 miles away. You’ll also find great local pubs and a range of takeaways that deliver, giving you easy ways to relax after a long day on site. With calm surroundings, flexible stays, and easy parking, it’s a practical, cost‑effective base that feels far more like home than a hotel room. Ideal for longer projects, shift work, or anyone who values comfort, privacy, and a relaxing place to recharge.

If you’re searching for a trade stay, a simple hotel room, or budget‑friendly accommodation, we’d love to welcome you. Choose a place designed for comfort, calm, and genuine care — a far more relaxing experience than any corporate hotel can offer.
