We like to keep things simple — you’ll be dealing directly with us (Pippa and Steve), and we use straightforward bank‑transfer payments for direct bookings to help keep costs down for everyone.

We have a minimum stay is 2 nights. This helps us maintain the highest hygiene standards, as we fully empty, clean, refill and reheat each hot tub between every set of guests, which can’t be done on a nightly turnaround.

• Off‑peak: Stay from just 2 nights, with any arrival day that suits you

• Summer holidays: Arrivals are on Mondays (4 nights stays) and Fridays (3 nights stays)

• Christmas & New Year: A 3‑night stay so you can settle in and enjoy the festivities
