Welcome to our Norfolk adventure. After years of treasured family holidays here, we took the leap in 2012 and made this beautiful part of Norfolk our home. With award‑winning family attractions on our doorstep and the charm of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads just minutes away, we feel incredibly lucky to live and work in such a special place... and we love sharing it with you. From hidden gems to must‑see days out, we’re here to help you discover the best of Norfolk - the places to reconnect, explore, unwind and truly feel at home.

Most self‑catering accommodations offer simple key entry, and while we provide this too, we prefer to add a personal touch. We welcome you in, make sure you feel at home, and then step back - giving you the privacy and freedom to enjoy your stay exactly as you wish.

Our communal patio and pool area is the perfect place to unwind, socialise, and swap stories of the day’s adventures with friends and like‑minded guests. Children can splash, play, and burn off energy in the pool, leaving parents free to sit back, relax, and savour those precious holiday moments.
