At Poolside Lodges, we’re committed to maintaining exceptionally high cleaning standards. Every lodge is personally cleaned by us between each stay, using the enhanced practices we introduced during COVID.

What We Do Every Changeover

General Cleaning

Lodge fully aired
All left items removed
Dusting of ceilings, skirting boards and fittings
Light switches and door handles disinfected
Floors vacuumed and steam‑cleaned

Kitchen

All crockery, cutlery and cookware dishwashed
Oven, hob, microwave and toaster cleaned
Worktops, splashbacks and dining table disinfected
Fridge, freezer and washing machine cleaned
Bins emptied and sanitised
Dishwasher replenished
Tea, coffee and essentials restocked

Bathrooms

Shower, sink, toilet and towel rail disinfected
Blinds, sills and skirting boards cleaned
Fresh towels and bathmat provided
Toilet paper and soap replenished

Lounge

Sofas and chairs sanitised
Mats steam‑cleaned if needed
Blinds, sills and furniture cleaned

Laundry

All bedding removed and washed
Protectors checked and replaced
Towels washed with added sanitiser

Outdoor Areas

Seating wiped down
Patio swept
Hot tub emptied, disinfected, refilled and rebalanced
Pool checked and cleaned as part of daily maintenance

We also carry out regular deep‑cleaning on a rolling cycle, including shower grout and silicone treatment, drain maintenance and other detailed tasks, to ensure every lodge stays in the best possible condition for our guests.
